SUMMARY PROJECT
1. INTRODUCTION
Pt. Navost Oil Tech is the private company was founded in the year 2010 February in Manado North Sulawesi province of Indonesia. The
company is the owner and founder of Mr. Voerman Po which have experience in petroleum in domestic and abroad and lives in Manado.
The proposal is to build a Total Liquid Terminal Seaport to store and dispense HSD to maritime and land based customers. Total capacity
is 100,000 Metric Ton. The works will include a marine jetty, HSD fixed tank capacity of 100,000 Mt, and with support structures and
equipment as required include all the full facilities of the tank farm. It is the intent of the project owner to enter into a contract for (DEPMC)
Design, Engineering & Project Management Consultant. Management for a state of the art facility. The total project cost budgeted is USD.
465.700.000.00 ( Four Hundred Sixty Five Million and Seven Hundred Thousand United State Dollars ) including site development, civil
and marine works, marine jetty, temporary floating dock, storage tanks, piping, marine and land delivery systems, maintenance and support
structures, all stand alone utilities, power plant, security and fire protection. The philosophy outlined in this is to help and ensure that the
Project will be successfully completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that the Project designed and project management will satisfy
the PT Navost Oil Tech in accordance with the project requirements.

2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal is to build a Liquid Terminal Seaport to store and dispense HSD to maritime and land based customers. Phase One will
provide 100,000 Mt the works will include loading / unloading port, HSD fixed tank capacity of 100,000 Mt, with support structures and
equipment as required. It is the intent of the project owner to enter into a contract for turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction
Management (EPC) for a state of the art facility. The project are including supporting facility area , site development, road construction
works , Porta camp, warehouse, wooden housing, stockpile material, civil and marine works, batching plant, marine jetty / Loading-
unloading sea port, storage tanks, piping, marine and land delivery systems, maintenance and support structures, all stand alone utilities,
power plant, security and fire protection station. The whole It is planned to last about 36 months and 4 months of commissioning
engineering.

3. TARGET MARKET
With the construction of the oil terminal in this area it will be a lot of Industry will be growing in this area, especially the fisheries industry
and marine, Gold mining area , Nickel exploration and production area , the company will further optimize the target market as a priority
supply to the fisheries industry and marine in local of Indonesian waters
