OPERATION MANAGEMENT

The Craftastic Creation operation during the first day of a product launch started at
10:00 in the morning, and our customers started to look at each product to buy
according to their likes and interests in a different product being launched at that event.
Craftastic Creation had already sold their product immediately, which made the market
successful, and their product is unique enough to easily sell. During the first day, it was
successful to sell the product until tomorrow. It continued the marketing and display of
the product during the second day of the event, and the goal of the members is to sell
out the product for the sales. It was successful to finally achieve the last chandelier to
sell, so the product launch went well so far, and it was a great experience and
opportunity to be at this event and introduce to our target market our own chandelier
product.
