FLEXI PARTS AND SERVICE PROCEDURES

1. When needing parts, refer to Flexi parts book for the EC 20 unit. After finding the
part number, send a parts order by fax to Narrow Aisle parts department, Fax: 214)
819-4167. If additional help/information is needed, primarily Hyman Wallace is
available to assist you. His phone is; 214) 819-4180, extension 2231.

2. Give model and serial number of unit, part number/description (mast model and serial
number if needing parts for mast). List what parts & quantity you want to order.

3. Please include Purchase Order number/credit card number/or method of payment

as well as how you want parts are to be shipped to you on the faxed request.

4. If the parts are for a warranty repair, please be aware that UPS RED/overnight air
freight is not covered.

5. For service/technical support, Dan Dumas is the contact @ 214) 819-4180, extension
2259. Dan is available to assist your service personnel to remedy difficult issues.

6. For warranty—those issues are to be directed to Dan Dumas @ the phone &
extension listed above.

7. There is a recommended spare parts list available for your dealership. Having those
parts in your inventory will eliminate most downtime for wear items.
