The Contractor shall allow and provide here for works not covered by the
foregoing items but are either indicated on the Drawings or described in
the specification or alluded elsewhere or which the Contractor deems
necessary for the proper execution and completion of the works. If this
item is left unpriced, it shall be deemed that the same have been
included and allowed for in the overall tender price and no subsequent
claim for extra payment arising from the works due to lack of knowledge
or any omissions of incidental/ancillary obvious works will be entertained
allow other items for which the contractor requires.
