Proposal for Space Booking for Promotional Event of

OnePlus 12 Series.
We appreciate your interest in hosting the promotional event for the OnePlus 12 Series.
Our venue offers a versatile space that can accommodate your needs, providing an ideal
setting to showcase the latest flagship devices and engage with your audience effectively.
This proposal outlines the features of our event space and the services we offer to ensure a
successful event for the OnePlus brand.

Venue Overview

Our event space is located in Main Road, Ranchi, easily accessible to your target audience.
The event space has excellent visibility and exposure. The modern design and contempo-
rary layout make it perfect for hosting product launches and promotional events.
Venue Specifications:

• Space type: Open green grass area, circular in dimention.

• Size: 20 feet in diameter.
• Visibility: Located in a high density, high activity area, excellent vivibility from Main
Road.
• We provide electricity supply (3000W)

Charges

Weekdays: INR 25,000 + applicable GST

Weekends: INR 35,000 + applicable GST
Terms & Conditions:

• Payments: 100% in advance.

• We provide the event area and electricity ONLY.
• Event time will be from 10 AM to 8:30 PM only.
• Govt. Ranchi municipality, Approvals / Permission letter Flex/Print & Mounting material
cost will be done itself by the party booking the space.
• No refund shall be considered once the booked space is confirmed.
• Security of the Actress/Host/Anchors will be arranged by the party booking the space.
Dancing will not be allowed at the events area.
• Any installation material (includes flex backdrop, standee, stage etc) should not be
higher than 6 feet from the ground level. All such installations will be confined to the
grass area ONLY.
• Any visible damage to the grass area/mall property will be borne by the party booking
the space.
• The mall management will not be responsible for any mishap/damage beyond the mall
management’s control. This includes rioting, mob violence etc.
• The sound levels (if you intend to use sound systems) should be kept at moderate
levels so as not to cause disturbance to customers and tenants of the mall. Only verbal
announcements and brand jingles are permitted. Songs are NOT permitted.
• There should be no obstructions to the movement of the customers of the mall.
• It is required that you keep your tables/counters well within the event area so as to
prevent crowding at the entrance passage.
• Municipal taxes or approvals if any will be paid and applied by the party booking the
space.
