While at home, reaching out to your friends and the bigger community by sharing your skills is a great way to
pass time, fill your days, and to battle loneliness. Why not stay fit while we are all stuck at home?

1. Create a 3 to 4-minute dance exercise fitted for all ages.


2. Practice the exercise and present it to your family members or relatives.
3. Post your dance video on our FB page.
4. Dance video must consist of family members or your relatives.
