I am writing in connection my recent order about three books from your website.

The service was far from the what was written in the advertisement.

I believe that in an accident you sent me the Collen Hover: Ugly Love book instead of the It ends with
us. Besides the Grammer book was dameged, some pages were ripped out. In addition in the
advertisment you mentoined the next day shipping but i recieved them two weeks later.

I would like to get a refund or exchanging the two books for good conditioned ones.
