Dear All,

We are pleased to announce Direct 4 - 15 BKT CRE Incentive Scheme for the month of April’2024.

The Eligibility for Above Incentive will be only if the month end reversal of minimum 11% is achieved.

Settlement approved but not terminated NR cases (SANT Pool) - Cases needs to be resolved (Resolved means
cases should not be in OD) else 10% reduction from overall incentive.
Important Notes
Maximum Incentive capping will be Rs. 30000 for each CRE including all incentive parameters
however if the CRE achieves Sadda Haq Jaldi Rakh incentive then the cap goes up to 35000.

CRE must be visiting 100% of his allocated cases by 15th of the month (No update on BYOD/MPOS
will be treated as nil visit), failing which there will be reduction of ₹1000 from the overall incentive
earned.
CRE will be eligible for an additional incentive for MHCV - 1500/- & Other - 750/- per Cust ID for
reversal (settlement/Normalization) from the focus pool.

Calculated Roll rates published in the MIS will be considered for pay out

Management Decision will be final for any changes to be done as per the organizational
Requirement even after the roll out of the Incentive Scheme.
