- it refers to the excessive concern for family and using one’s power to promote family
interests that lead to functionalism patronage, political dynasties, and protection for
erring family members. For example, there’s a community project then it may be
awarded to the government official to his family members or relatives because it will
profit this person. Therefore, it results lack of concern for the common good and acts for
others.

2. Extreme Personalism
- It refers to the person who takes everything personally and cannot separate their work
from their emotional involvement. In addition, the person uses his connections to be
able to make their works easier. For example, when someone is applying for a job then
they seek help to their ninong and compadre, family and relatives, and friends who has
the influence and power to get their prefer work. This shows a palakasan system

at all and only gossip (chismis) Therefore, this attitude is lack of sense of service among
people and dampens cooperation, unity, and community spirit.
