ACDEMIC PRESSURE

Academic pressure is the stress and strain students often experience due to the
high expectations placed on them in the educational setting. This pressure can arise
from various sources. Including academic competition, parental expectations, and
the desire for future success. It is a prevalent issue that can affect students at
various levels, from high school to college.
The pressures often arise from a combination of factors, including academic
work load, competition, and the desire for success. Every student can feel
academic pressure because of their expectations on their selves. They always
invalidate their feelings whenever they got low scores and always ask their self if
they did their best. Most of the students sacrificing their mental health just to
satisfied their self to get a perfect score. As a student we should focus on our self,
specially on our health and nutrition, manage time effectively and get a self-care.
So that we can take care our self and it won’t put ourselves in risky situations, and
they should use realistic goals.
Therefore, students often encounter the problem of academic pressure, the
problem of academic pressure. It can motivate students to perform better, but it can
also lead to tension and worry, it is crucial to handle it well as a result. We must not
be affected by this. It is a part of being a student. Let us always take the challenge!
