Cable Cycle Heating Test System

1. Product description
After years of practice about high voltage cable test, we develop the CCHTS

series cable cycle heating test system for cable type test. The system can cycle

heating test for high voltage cable according to the IEC standard requirements.
The system can heat cable conductor reach 130℃.Its working principle is to

use only primary coil of transformer, cable as secondary coil. When cable is

short circuit, strong current is produce in it. Then we can through control current,

to control the temperature.

2. System components
CCHTS series cable cycle heating test system mainly including computer
console, electrical control cabinet, inductive regulator, strong current generator,

current transformer (including thermocouple) five parts.

3.2 Output current: 0～6000A

3.3 Total rated power: 250kVA

3.4 Measurement accuracy:

Current measurement accuracy: ±3%

Temperature measurement accuracy: ±2℃

3.5 Cycle time: 0~24h heating, 0~24h cooling can set arbitrarily, the sum of
both time is one cycle time

By all kinds of air switch, current transformer, current
relay and so on. To achieve control and over current

protection function for a complete set of test system.

4.3 Inductive voltage regulator (amount: 2 set)

Equipment Intro:

To achieve provide voltage from 20V to 420V for strong current

generators, and meet test current continuous adjustable function.
