    Cut Panel inspection:

    3 bundles per mattress: left, middle & right from start, center & end.

    For each bundle control Top, middle & bottom layer against master pattern.
    Equipment:
    Inspection Procedure Board,
    Sequential numbering machine.

    24/48 hours fabric

    Standards Reports/Records:
    Master pattern (carton),
