We have an important announcement to share with you regarding the upcoming registration process. It is
crucial that you pay close attention to the following details:

1. **Complete Requirements**: Please make sure that all the necessary requirements for your
registration are fully completed. Any requirements that are incomplete will unfortunately not be accepted.
To avoid any inconvenience, ensure that you have all the required documents ready and properly filled
out. ( Required documents are listed below, list will depend on whether you are a Freshman or
Transferee). Bring your own Black Ballpen

2. **Original Documents**: All the documents you submit, except for the certificate of live
birth/NSO/PSA, need to be original. This means that any certificates, forms, or papers you provide must
be authentic and not forged. We value integrity in the registration process and appreciate your
cooperation in this matter.

3. **Print and Present Email**: As part of the registration procedure, kindly print a copy of this email
and present it to the authorized personnel when you arrive for registration. This will help streamline the
process and make it easier for our staff to assist you promptly.

4. **Restricted Entry for Parents/Guardians/Companions**: We would like to inform you that

parents, guardians, and companions will not be allowed to enter the registration building. This
measure has been put in place to ensure that the registration area remains organized and not
overcrowded. Your understanding and compliance with this guideline will contribute to a smoother
registration experience for everyone.

5. Your schedule for the submission of the requirements will be listed below:

6. Wear proper clothing.

Important Note: Once the documents are submitted, they will become the property of the institution
and you will no longer be allowed to borrow them for reproduction. Therefore, it's crucial that you secure
personal photocopies of your documents before submission to avoid any inconveniences in the future.
