Program Title: Minute & Report Writing Training

Introduction:
The Rotaract Club of Butwal, in collaboration with Rotaract clubs of Butwal Downtown, Rotaract clubs of
Lumbini Banijya Campus, and Rotaract clubs of Kshitiz International College, jointly organized a training
session on Minute & Report Writing at the Rotaract Club of Butwal on March 18, 2024. The event aimed
to enhance the skills of participants in drafting accurate minutes and reports for various organizational
purposes for the members of the club.

Session Overview:
The session was chaired by Mr. Arjun Khanal, President of the Rotaract Club of Butwal, who emphasized
the importance of effective communication in organizational settings. Mr. Roshan Pandey, Past President
of the Rotaract Club of Butwal, served as the chief trainer, guiding participants through minute-taking and
report-writing processes.

Key Highlights:

• Mr. Krishna Bashyal delivered a welcome speech, setting the tone for the training session.

• Participants engaged in interactive exercises and practical simulations to sharpen their skills.

• Hands-on experience was provided in crafting concise and informative minutes and reports.

Conclusion:
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Krishna PD Ghimire, expressing gratitude to the
organizers, trainers, and participants for their active involvement. The collaborative effort ensured a
fruitful learning experience, equipping participants with valuable skills for effective communication and
documentation.

Outcome:
The Minute & Report Writing Training provided a platform for Rotaractors to enhance their professional
capabilities and foster collaboration among Rotaract clubs in Butwal and beyond.

Recommendations:
