INTRODUCTORY PART (5 min)

- The teacher starts off with Task 3, p. 48 in the WB.


- The teacher ask students about what would be a special day for them and how
they would feel then.

MAIN PART (35 min)

- Students do task 1, p. 70 in the SB.


- Students do Task 3, p. 70 in the SB
- Do task 3 , p. 70 in the SB.
- Students are asked ti predict what they think Brenda and Lauryn did together.
- Students write some ideas down and read them out.
- Students read Part 2 and check their answers.
- Students are challenged to retell the class what happened to Brenda using the
verbs on the board.
- Students do the Pornunciation box, p. 71 in the SB.
- Students do tasks 4a and b, p. 49 in the WB.
- Students do Task 5a, b, p. 50 in the WB.
- Students do task 1, p. 70 in the SB.

FINAL PART ( 5 min.)

- The teacher prepares curious students for doing the project work, p. 73 in the SB.
