BATTERY TEST PROCESS

Fully Charge Batteries Make sure terminals are Torqued to 110+/- 5 in Ibn. Per the Owner’s Manual. Batteries must have completed a charge within 24
hours of testing without any use (No GPS and No Vehicle movement). Disconnect and reconnect the DC plug to restart charger, wait until the charger
shuts off (both the lower battery charger status light and the upper light to go SOLID green). Record battery pack voltage prior the charge complete
below and proceed to Hydrometer Test

Solid Green On-Charge Set Voltage Before

Solid Green Charger Status Off

Hydrometer Test (Record specific gravity (SG) reading for all battery cells. If water level is insufficient to obtain a valid reading, add water, recharge and
proceed to Discharge Test. If SG is lower than the minimum reading on the hydrometer, record “Lower SG”, do no record “0”)

SG - Positive Cell
SG – Centre Cell
SG – Centre Cell
SG – Negative Cell
Electrolyte Temperature
1. Any single battery with a specific gravity of 1140 or less; Replace battery and do not proceed to discharge Test. Return Car to service.
2. All other specific gravity readings: Proceed to Discharge Test.
