External View
The grounding cable is a 16 mm2 yellow/green cable. Figure 2-1 shows a grounding cable.
Connection
One end of the grounding cable is connected to the grounding point on the chassis, and
the other end is connected to the grounding busbar.
External View
Figure 2-2 shows a DC power cable at one end of the ZXSDR R8872A.
2-1
Signals
For a description of the DC power cable signals, refer to Table 2-1.
Connection
One end of the DC power cable is connected to the DC power supply interface inside the
maintenance cavity of the ZXSDR R8872A, and the other end is connected to an external
power supply device.
External View
Figure 2-3 shows an optical fiber.
Connection
When the optical fiber connects the RRU to the BBU, one end of the optical fiber is
connected to the optical port OPT1 inside the maintenance cavity on the equipment, and
the other end is connected to the optical port on the BBU.
When the optical fiber cascades RRUs, one end of the optical fiber is connected to the
optical port OPT2 inside the maintenance cavity of the upper-level RRU, and the other
end is connected to the optical port OPT1 inside the maintenance cavity of the RRU on
this level.

The antenna feeder jumper is a 50 Ω RF cable with the diameter of 1/2” and a DIN-type
connector. Figure 2-4 shows an antenna feeder jumper.
Connection
One end of the antenna feeder jumper is connected to an antenna interface (ANT1 to
ANT4) on the ZXSDR R8872A, and the other end is connected to the interface that the
main feeder corresponds to.
