RE: REQUEST FOR WEEKENDS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, NIGHT WORKS AND WORK HOURS EXTENSION

We would like to bring to your attention that the construction work at the site has recently increased.
In order to address this, we have identified some gaps that need to be addressed and we are planning
to increase the man-hours worked by the CSI employees. Until now, the work completed at the site
was carried out with minimal overtime.

Specifically, we seek to extend beyond the customary working hours of 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, as well
as on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We assure you that all hours worked during these times
will be compensated at twice the standard hourly rate.

Additionally, we submit a request for approval to undertake night works (24 hours) on specific
occasions, including concrete works or other essential activities. We appreciate your consideration of
our request and remain open to further discussion or clarification of any concerns.

We hope that you will approve our request to meet the common goal of achieving the project
milestones.
