In deze catalogus bevinden zich twee (van de drie) typen cursussen namelijk:
1) Vanderlande Academy cursussen: cursus gegeven door in-house trainers
2) Externe op maat gemaakte cursus: Cursus gegeven door externe partijen, op maat gemaakt voor
Vanderlande medewerkers en alleen toegankelijk voor Vanderlande medewerkers.
Naast dit overzicht zijn er meerdere cursussen op aanvraag beschikbaar. Dit zijn onder andere de externe
open cursussen i.e.: cursussen gegeven door externe partijen, niet exclusief voor Vanderlande
medewerkers.
Het aanbod in deze catalogus is geen statisch gegeven. Wij werken er hard aan dit cursusoverzicht up-to-
date te houden, echter als je vragen of opmerkingen hebt t.a.v. de Cursus Catalogus neem dan contact op
met een van de medewerkers van de Vanderlande Academy.

Doel Het verkrijgen van voldoende basiskennis op het gebied van veiligheid om de
werkzaamheden binnen de industrie veilig en verantwoord te kunnen vervullen.
Voor wie? Medewerkers die in het kader van te verrichten werkzaamheden geconfronteerd worden
met potentieel gevaarlijke omstandigheden ‘on-site’, in de fabriek of in het IC.
Bij een aantal klanten is VCA voor het werken ‘on-site’ zelfs vereist.

De cursus De cursus omvat: Wet- en regelgeving, begrip 'risico', preventie, beheersmaatregelen,
oorzaken, ijsbergtheorie, herkennen onveilige handelingen en situaties,
ongevallenrapportage, werkvergunningen, gevaarlijke stoffen, branden, explosie, besloten
ruimtes, gereedschappen en machines, hijsen, tillen, dragen, struikelen, uitglijden, vallen,

Hoe je een onmachtig gevoel kunt omzetten tot een machtig middel.
Voor wie? Na het afronden van ‘professioneel communiceren’ kan deze cursus een aanvulling zijn
wanneer de medewerker zich verder wil bekwamen in het beïnvloeden van de omgeving in
complexe situaties. Doorgaans het best van toepassing op medewerkers vanaf schaal 60.
Voor deze cursus moet de medewerker minimaal 1 jaar in dienst (werkzaam) zijn bij VI.
Voorkennis Cursus Professioneel Communiceren (code: 00018) of vergelijkbaar afgerond.

Objective Enhancing communication skills which help project leaders or managers to achieve the
project goals.
For whom? People with a leading role like Project leaders within Engineering, R&D and junior Project
managers within CCs or line employees who have within their function occasionally the
(final) responsibility over smaller and larger projects. The course is less suitable for people
who don't have experience in leading people yet.
