1. The image of a city is something that makes the city famous or something that is identical to the
city. The image of the city is built by the city designer. The image of the city can also influence the
activities that people do in the city. For example, a city with an educational image, there will
certainly be many rentals or food vendors at affordable prices.

2. Cities with a Central Business District (CBD) base usually have skyscrapers for land effectiveness,
CBD areas also have large pedestrian paths to reduce crowds on the highway, people here also
usually use public transportation to reduce congestion. the number of accesses for public
transportation is also a characteristic of this CBD, ranging from MRT stations to bus stops.
Because land is limited, property in this area is also expensive.

3. The cultural heritage area, of course, has many historical stories. The buildings in this area must
also be more than 50 years old, there are even some that can be hundreds of years old, and have
similar designs. Usually this cultural heritage area will have many areas for tourists and photo
spots, because this area will certainly be the main attraction in an area, because in addition to
having a history and story of the place, it must also have a unique building design and land
markings so that it does not need activists or historians to visit this place, but ordinary people who
just want to take selfies can also visit this area.

4. A residential area must have a large land area to build a house, because in this area house buildings
in residential areas are usually no more than 3 levels. The roads in these residential areas are also
usually not too big, because usually motorized vehicle users are not too crowded at the same time.
But over time the residential area is increasingly diverse, there are also residential areas in
skyscrapers such as apartment areas, this happens because of the demands of the availability of
land which is getting less and less.

5. The industrial area must have a very large land area, because a factory is not possible to store tons
of heavy machinery, of course it will cost a lot of money if you want to make a factory that is
storied to store machines on the top floor. In addition this area requires a large enough parking
lot to park containers for the distribution of goods. The road for this area must also be large and
strong, so that it can withstand the load that the containers have.
