Dear Ms.Turner:

In our telephone conversation yesterday, we discused plants to conduct our training

seminar at your conference center. I would like to confirm those plans.

The dates of the meeting are September 15th until 17th the hour are 11.00 A.M to 17.00 P.M
on 15th until 17th. Fifty people will be attending. We will need a total of five of flipchart.

As we discussed, we will need five computer projection system and five monitor/VRC.

On September 17th, we will have a catered lunch for fivety people. On September 16th, we
will have a catered dinner for fifty people, and breaks on September 16 P.M for fifty
people. I would appreciated your faxing me the menu choise as soon as possible, but no
later than Friday, Auguts 15th.

I would also appreciate receiving the projected cost for our two-day meeting. You do not
need to include the luch catering, costs at this time, could you fay or email me your cost
project by August 1" I will give you final confirmation of our reservation by close of
business on the 1".

I want to thank you for your help in planning our seminar. I look forward to meeting you
next week when I come to look over your facilities.
