A Narrative Report on Work Immersion at Maddela Comprehensive High School

Title: NARRATIVE REPORT FOR WORK IMMERSION
Date: March 18, 2024

The day of march 18 was the first day of our Work immersion, before we went to the assigned
immersion, we first gave an orientation and where we were told all the rules and uniforms we
should wear, then we were sent to our workplaces. The first thing we did was set up the network
cables, then I formatted the server and installed Windows Server 2008, and then I perfected the
router using the client Laptop. The next thing we did was to reassemble the broken system
because we checked what the faults were. While we checked the parts of the system, we found
that it was Memory (DDR 4), and video card/graphics card because it didn't have a Display and
Beep Sound, so I made it a maintenance service form.

Date: April 1, 2024

On April 1, the second day of our work immersion at 6:50 a.m. I arrived at school before I went
to work, I reported to Ma'am Virgie, our Adviser because she wanted to know where we were
going to work next and because our class advisor, Sir Mr. Anthony, told us to report to Sir Jaimie
to the PAGCOR LABORATORY, so this is the answer. We're going to do the same thing on the
second day of our work. What we did on our second day of immersion was first to log in to the
DepEd account on all desktops, install Microsoft Office 365, safe browser exam, and lastly,
update the antivirus then we did a full scan of the files on all desktops.

Date: April 4, 2024

The 3rd day of our work immersion with sir Ryan Mark Baltazar in Computer Laboratory of
Junior High in Maddela Comprehensive High School. First, we reported to Sir Ryan and he told
us what we should do first. First, we reformat all desktops then we installed Windows 10 pro-
education and operating system on all 42 desktops.

Date: April 5, 2024

On the day of April 5 are the 4th day of our work immersion, all we did is we installed the VLC
media player, Google chrome, Adobe photoshop CC15, Rapid typing, Professionals teaches on
all desktop.

Date: April 11, 2024
On April 5, the fifth day of our work immersion was just what we were asked to do on the day of
our Microsoft office installing all 42 desktops because they all had a meeting with junior high
teachers so that's all we had to do.

April 12, 2024 was the last day of our work immersion. what we did on our last day of our
immersion was we set up a Network layout and we connected it to all the desktop.
