The spread of pandemic diseases leads to an increase in poverty rates in any country. This is because
most poor people in such situations are unable to maintain their health and receive proper medical care.
Poverty is a bad situation in which people are unable to access services and are more susceptible to
infections and disease as a result of unclean and contaminated food and water, as well as living in poor
settings. It’s the effect that renders people powerless and jeopardizes their freedom. This is due to the
risk of a poor person becoming locked in a cycle of servitude.Because this is an unavoidable problem,
the person who is imprisoned in it must learn to live with it. Poverty is a difficult human state that
causes people’s lives to be filled with misery, pain, and despair. People are prevented from living
luxuriously and adequately, having access to all of life’s necessities, due to a lack of money and
essentials. This is a terrible scenario that may prohibit a child from going to school and studying during
his or her youth, as well as causing more significant social issues like child labor and slavery. In these
countries, a bigger share of the population is illiterate, hungry, and without a home or good clothing.
Poverty is also a key stumbling block to the country’s economic, social, and political progress. Poor
people do not have the money to cover all of their needs, thus they go without several basic necessities
like a two-day meal and safe drinking water. As a result, in order to survive, poor people are compelled
to pursue the wrong paths and commit crimes. Poverty can be caused by a multitude of circumstances,
but it was mostly due to British control, slavery conditions, and pandemic disease rates in India. Children
from low-income families lack access to education and the resources required for proper education and
medical treatment. Many of them are oblivious of the present advancements enjoyed by those who are
significantly better off.
