May 22,23,24 visit to Vapi plant for maintenance

Machine-1:
- Check for picture and changed the usb board
- Error and white blur picture in cameras 3 and 4. Adjusted red switch in all video boards
- Zoom video in camera 3 and 4. Done focal Length adjustments for cameras and calibration
through using scale.
- Changed vibrator board and one video board
- Modi ed the programme parameters for blowing the more colours.
Machine-2:
- Check the machine
- Need the internet connection to modify the parameters for improve results. When ready
connect through remote control and do.

MASAT PLANT :

May 25 visit to Masat plant

Machine-1:
- Solved the problem of fan error (f1) inside the cpu, due to that the computer is won’t start
automatically has to boot every time
Machine-2:
New machine Adjusted jump of material in belt , changed two valves and also modi ed a
programme for rejects pet material.

Total 4 Days = 3*50USD = 150USD =12,400/-INR
