AFFIDAVIT OF ADMINISTRATORSHIP

I, MUHAMMAD TAHA MUDIM SEDIK, Filipino, of legal age, widow

and presently residing at BANUBO STREET, SULTAN KUDARAT,
MAGUINDANAO DEL NOR TE, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the administrator of the estate of PELOT GIDA and SALIK

UDTOG;

2. That such estate includes a parcel of land particularly described as TCT

No. T-16448;

3. That I have also been in current and uninterrupted possession of the

aforementioned TCT No. T-16448;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for the purpose complying with the requirements for electrical
connection with the COTABATO LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY of for
whatever legal purposes it may serve.
