Reason for Change When the sample tube spinning unit motor connector position is not proper, short-circuit can be induced # fluid leakage occurs inside the instrument and the connector is splashed with spilt fluid. In this Technical Information, appropriate connector position is explained. Check and correct the connector positon. 2, Details 4. Details HA-8180 family instruments are designed to let a tube disconnect intentionally at the place where the risk is low, when the internal pressure in tube is increased by tube clogging or blockade. Measurements can be possible while the tube is disconnected. (Refer to the Fig,1 and Fig2) However, when the position of the sample tube spinning unit assembly front/rear motor connector is not appropriate, liquid leaked from the instrument spills over the connector and it makes motor disorder. In some cases, it short-circuits and burns. Note that the materials used for the instrument are incombustible, and do not fire even though they may burn or smoke.
