Philippine Technology Transfer Act (RA 10055)

I. Summary
The Philippine Technology Transfer Act or R.A. 10055 functions as an assistance and a structure
for the ownership and commercialization of patents and other intellectual property associated with
government-sponsored research and development. The R.A. 10055 also includes 11 articles and
30 sections.

II. Impact of the Topic


The R.A. 10055 may offer financing assistance to any individual and groups, for their produced
concept or idea. Though, there are some terms to the agreement between the researcher and
government. Additionaly, this can help improve to society's technological advances through
inventing research or concepts.

III. Conclusion
To put it simply, the Philippine Technology Transfer Act (R.A. 10055) provides funds to individuals
or organizations to develop concepts and researches that enhance the society's technical
capabilities. It also provides a framework for the administration and commercialization of
intellectual properties from research and development. The agreement between the government
and the creator of research and development must, however, comply to the specific terms and
conditions outlined in the Act.

Youth Entreprenuership Act (R.A. 10679)

II. Summary
The Youth Entrepreneurship Act, or R.A. 10679 offers financial and literacy classes for both the
DepED and CHED programs, and it is made up of only 14 sections. The R. A. 10679 also gives
financial and educational support to young business leaders through education, seminars
and scholars. In addition, this act is managed by the Entrepreneurship Education Committee

II. Impact of the Topic


The programs adopted under his Act, or the R.A. 10679 from high school to college have helped
students to develop a notion or idea about the world of business and entrepreneurship. This act can
help to educate learners who are interested in entrepreneurship and business. Specifically college
students who will soon be entering the career field.

III. Conclusion
With fourteen sections the Youth Entrepreneurship Act (R.A. 10679) offers financial and literacy
education for DepED and CHED programs. Through seminars, scholars, and instruction, it also
offers emerging business leaders financial and educational support. Under the direction of the
Entrepreneurship Education Committee, the Act assists students in expanding their knowledge of
business and entrepreneurship, especially those in college who are getting ready for the workforce.
The courses are designed to educate students who have an interest in business and
entrepreneurship.
