SCOPE
This document specifies the requirement of Conventional Type Fire Alarm System Set which consists
of 1 No. of Fire Alarm Control Panel, 10 nos. of Conventional Smoke Detectors with base, 2 nos. of
Manual Call Points, 2 nos. of Hooters, 1nos. of Auto Dialer and 100 Mtrs.of Armored cable as per
the following details.

Installation and commissioning of the Fire Alarm System Set (as described in the scope) to be
completed by the supplier with experienced staff, within 4 weeks of the PO.
8.0 DOCUMENTS
8.1 Operating, installation manuals to be provided for each component of the Fire Alarm
System set
8.2 The supplier should furnish detailed catalog for each component of the Fire Alarm System
set being quoted with his offer.
8.3 The supplier should confirm point-wise adherence to all points of the above technical
specifications.
8.4 The operation of this equipment shall be under warranty, for a period of 12 months, from
the date of acceptance at BHEL works. Warranty certificate shall be sent with the dispatch
documents.
8.5 Training shall be provided by the vendor after the successful completion of Installation ,
Commissioning and Testing.
