seeking to employ the services of After Salesperson.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Lead and monitor after sales activities to achieve set objectives and targets on all key
customers,
maintain a database of all special events.
• Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service
Quality and Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.
• Follow-up call to every customer within a week to check on performance, assist clients in
resolving issues and complaints concerning service delivery.
• Daily update to the General Manager on any need to provide flowing of aftersales support
(parts/service) to every unit that we sell. Arrange at least one aftersales visit with the General
manager or workshop manager weakly.
• Build and establish a good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and
revenue.
• 80% retention on all clients on our database.
• Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity via
panel van utilization and distribution of company products to clients weekly.
• On all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.

Requirements

3. Position :WAREHOUSE MANAGER


Location: Lusaka
Responsibilities and Duties
• Drive warehouse efficiencies through adherence to standards and best practice.
• Effectively manage utilization of satellite / overflow warehouses.
• Control and reconcile stock from receipt in the warehouse to dispatch from facility
• Track, control and reconcile stock / inventory and product movements in and out of the warehouse,
and account for all variances.
• Manage correct operation and maintenance of warehouse parts handling equipment to ensure
consistent availability and safe handling of product.
• Provide input to and effectively manage the warehouse budget on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with group minimum standards and processes for Warehouses and depots.
• Ensure adherence to minimum stock control procedures.
• Ensure that Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHERQ) standards are consistently met
in the warehouse.
• Ensure talent and performance management are embedded in local ways of working
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote and adhere to Company's procedures, policies and guidelines, including, without limitation,

Minimum Qualifications and Experience


• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Transport Management or Logistics, Business
administration or other related degree.
• 5 years’ experience in Outbound Motor Industry (warehouse and transportation) covering all
warehouse processes including receiving, picking, planning, loading, inventory management, safety,
and material handling equipment. Experience in bulk material handling would be an added advantage
• Proven ability to manage all resources, shift management and equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Should possess sound business acumen and problem-solving skills, with strong interpersonal skills
and results focus; ability to influences others; ability to lead and motivate others; ability to plan and
organise, and work effectively under pressure

Position : BUYER
Location : Lusaka
• Determine best procurement methods.
• Source suitable suppliers as and when required.
• Negotiate favorable payment and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Negotiate better deals with the company suppliers in order to make savings.
• Manage and expedite new PO’s daily (load & issue).
• Open PO’s monitored weekly & followed up on time.
• Decide on non-performing suppliers and terminate (supplier evaluation).
Expediting
• Delivery of stock is consistently followed-up with suppliers (condense lead time by ensuring that all
stock is correctly packaged etc.) timeously.
• Source emergency spare parts on time.
• Submit invoices and delivery notes to finance for payment on time.
• Manage parts discrepancies for emergency and stock orders.
• Notify suppliers immediately of shortages, damaged and/or incorrect items and ensure they are
received on time.
• Re-orders processed immediately for shortfall items depending on urgency according to procedure.
Buying Plan Procurement activities.
• Acquisition of goods and services coordinated timely from the right sources in line with the principle
of value for money.
• Suppliers communicated to timely on quality of goods and services in line with the company policy.
• Local purchase orders raised accurately and on time
• Vendor tax invoices scrutinized and forwarded to finance for payment accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Experience


• Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Business Administration, Procurement/Supply Chain Management
• MSc in a Supply Chain related program – added advantage
• Two (2) – Six (6) years’ experience in the industry.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Position: DRIVERS * 5

Duties and Responsibilities

 Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to collect parts from suppliers on time
 Work occasional evenings and weekends
 Complete daily maintenance checks vehicles and notify manager of any issues
 Loads product on truck for delivery when necessary.
 Checks condition of load for safe transportation, and rearranges as necessary
 Reports unusual traffic conditions and other hazards noted enroute
 Reports promptly any unusual delays or difficulties regarding delivery sites
 Unloading product carefully
 Keeps record of time, mileage, pallets shipped and received, any mechanical problems and
general remarks.
 Reports all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
 Maintains vehicle and equipment.
 Inspects vehicle and required parts and accessories to determine safe operating condition.
 Uses and cares properly for all equipment assigned to the driver for the performance of duties.
 Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
 Ensures the trucks are clean and well maintained at all times.

Qualifications

 Grade 12 Certificate
 Valid Drivers Licence with Defensive.
 2-years experience.
 Valid Passport.
 Cross Boarder Driver

Duties and Responsibilities


• Market and Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects/customers
• Undertake new business development initiatives.
• Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
• Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance from throughout
the sales process and after sales
• Researches the market and recommends new opportunities (Gathering Marketing Intelligence).

Position: STORES OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities.

 Utilize knowledge of inventory cycles to manage and control inventory levels ensuring
compliance with established policies and procedures
 Communicate and coordinate stores and purchase requisitions with relevant departments and
participate in establishing stocking levels
 Develop inventory management policies and procedures for ensuring the distribution and
availability of all necessary parts and materials
 Ensure timely, accurate and relevant financial information are reported to senior management
 Implement all system controls effectively and efficiently in all areas
 Drive process improvement across the stock control agenda
 Supervising subordinates to achieve company goals
 Apply strategic forecasting to ensure the availability of all necessary materials and parts at any
given time
 Ensure that the stores department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support
production and goals of the business
 Advise purchasing where inventory levels are depleted or running low and ensuring that any
materials that are late or holding up production are expedited and followed up until received
 Coordinate and submit timely and accurate stock control data and analysis
 Ensure that excess stock is properly stored and accounted for and that procedures and practices
are implemented to preclude loss, damage and pilferage
 Conduct periodic spot checks of warehouse inventory levels
 Manage and maintain the company`s material and stocks including stock profile and location
 Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company
procedure
 Ensure works orders and issues are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been
allocated to the job correctly
 Ensure daily reports are produced so as to control key critical areas of the stock system and that
any discrepancies are addressed and resolved
 Manage and control perpetual stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks (stock take)

Qualifications and Experience
