they arrived at the beginning of the night. The
agenda gave an outline of topics that were
discussed during the opening remarks.
Teachers were available to discuss classes and
answer questions from parents and students.
Unfortunately, AP Parent Night was
scheduled early in the semester and I was
unable to be involved in more of the planning
stages. However, I was able to talk to over
100 parents and students each evening about
the AP program.
2 = Coordinating the entire event would be a
higher number due to the logistics and
preparation involved. During the event,
teachers are available to parents for two hours
in addition to the time to prepare for the
event.
