Gabay sa Magulang/Tagapangalaga

Isinulat ang modyul na ito upang gabayan ang mag-aaral na linangin ang kanyang aspetong personal at sosyal, akademiko, at karera.
Dinisenyo para sa “distance learning” o alternatibong pamamaraan ng pagkatuto na hindi nangangailangan ng pisikal na presensya sa
paaralan bilang tugon sa direktiba na pagkansela ng “face-to-face class” dulot ng pandemyang COVID-19.

Mahalaga ang inyong patnubay upang ipaliwanag sa mag-aaral ang mga tagubilin at ang mga pamamaraan ng pagsagot sa mga
tanong sa bawat bahagi ng gawain. Gabayan siya sa pagbabasa, pagsusulat, paggamit ng gunting o matutulis na bagay at pagdidikit ng
larawan. Tiyakin na sasagutin niya ang bawat bahagi ng modyul nang tapat. Siguraduhing maipapasa niya ang kanyang sinagutang papel sa
petsa at oras na itinakda ng kanyang gurong-tagapayo. Para sa mga katanungan, makipag-ugnayan sa kanyang gurong-tagapayo.

individuality (self), your relationship with others and interaction in the community; and in discovering your
interests, talents, and skills that will help you explore your future career options and opportunities.

Let’s Explore This – which will guide you towards what you need to learn;
Keep in Mind – which will give you the lessons that you need to learn and understand;
You Can Do It – which will help you apply the lessons learned in daily activities;
What I Have learned – which will test and evaluate your learning; and
Share Your Thoughts and Feelings – which will help you express your thoughts, opinions, and feelings.

Make sure to read, think, follow, and enjoy every task that you are asked to do.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this module, you are expected to:
1. name the activities in school that you can also do in your community;
2. express your feelings in joining activities;
3. show readiness in helping people;
4. apply the skills learned in school in the community; and
5. showcase talents and skills that could help the school and community.

Period: Week 1 of 4th Quarter


Suggested Total Time Allotted: 60 minutes
Materials Needed: pencil, paper, crayons, scissors, glue and magazines or newspaper

Introduction
In this module, you will learn the activities in distance learning modality that you can also do in your
community. You get to familiarize what the monthly celebrations that we do in distance learning. You will
learn that in these activities, we also help each other because helping one another can make the work
easier.

Suggested Time Allotment: 10 minutes
On a sheet of paper, write the name of the event.

Complete the Calendar table. Using a magazine or an old book, cut and paste an event that you usually
celebrate every month.

Keep in Mind
Suggested Time Allotment: 5 minutes

In the Philippines, we celebrate different events for us to remember some important people and
to remind us that we are a Filipino. Being a Filipino, we are known for our characteristic of being helpful
and happy. Sharing your talents and skills gives joy and happiness to others. By doing this, you inspire and
encourage others to show their talents and to make everybody happy.

You Can Do It
Suggested Time Allotment: 15 minutes
Prepare a list of events or celebrations. Write each name of the event on a small piece of paper. Each
family member will have their turn in choosing an event and perform a talent for this event.

Alternate activity:
Families can play charades and guess the event.
