Problem Description

College administrators must address the issue of students' dissatisfaction with

campus facilities in order to provide the best learning environment possible. Dissatisfaction
with insufficient dining places, recreational spaces, and libraries can have a significant effect
on student content and academic performance. To enhance the facilities and promote the
wellbeing of the students, it is crucial to identify the areas where people are unhappy.
Together with fundamental demands, new collaboration spaces must be created to alleviate
students' unhappiness with university facilities.

Moreover, asking the opinions of students and including them in the process of
making decisions regarding facility improvements not only shows support for their personal
growth and welfare but also helps to create a more lively and dynamic campus community
as a whole. Colleges may improve the educational experience for all parties involved by
giving priority to student input and engagement. This will help to guarantee that their
facilities meet the different requirements and goals of their student body.

Significance of the Problem

Resolving complaints about on-campus facilities has several benefits. Understanding

and addressing the small differences of student satisfaction with campus facilities is critical
for college authorities in their quest to foster a richer campus environment. Concerns about
insufficient recreational opportunities, dining establishments, and library resources can have
a big influence on how happy students are overall and how well they do in school. It's critical
to pinpoint these areas of unhappiness in order to improve facilities and guarantee student
wellbeing.

Furthermore, addressing students' concerns about campus facilities calls for more
than just providing for their fundamental needs—it also calls for the creation of
collaborative, inventive, and inspiring environments. Institutions can prioritize facility
upgrades and make well-informed decisions that address the changing demands of teachers
and students by using decision tree algorithms to assess feedback. This proactive approach
contributes to a healthy and thriving campus community by fostering a supportive learning
environment and demonstrating a commitment to student success and happiness.
