“A RESOLUTION FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF FHATIMA JANE I. FALCATAN AS

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND SHALL PERFORM THE DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SAID POSITION AS MANDATED BY SECTION 15 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10742
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) ACT OF 2015.”

WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 7 of the Republic Act (RA) No. 10742 otherwise known as the “SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN REFORM ACT OF 2015”, there shall be a Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Treasurer who will be appointed by the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan with the concurrence of the majority of the
Sangguniang Kabataan Members;

WHEREAS; the term of office of the Sangguniang Kabataan TREASURER shall be coterminous with the appointing
authority unless sooner be remove for a cause, found to have failed from the discharge of his or her duties or has committed abuse of
authority as stipulated in existing laws pertaining to the conduct of public officials through a majority vote of all the members of the
katipunan ng kabataan in a regular or special assembly called for the purpose (Sec.11 R.A. 10742);

WHEREAS, MISS FHATIMA JANE I. FALCATAN possesses all the qualificationbs for the Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer respectively as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act No. 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of MISS FHATIMA JANE I.
FALCATAN as the Sangguniang KabataanTreasurer of Barangay Liyubud, Mapun, Tawi-Tawi, Philippines until the end of the term
of the appointing authority unless sooner removed;

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to furnish copies of this resolution to MISS FHATIMA
JANE I. FALCATAN for their file, copy furnished by the MILG Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR C.Y. 2019 OF
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY LIYUBUD, MAPUN, TAWI-TAWI

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 mandates the
Sangguniang Kabataan Officials for the proper utilization of the 10% SK Funds through the Annual Youth Investment
Program;

WHEREAS, Section 13 © of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 10742 ensure the implementation of
policies, programs and projects as contained in the Annual Youth Investment Program (AYIP) in coordination with the
Sangguniang Barangay and MYDC;

WHEREAS, it is mandatory upon us as Sangguniang Kabataan officials to adopt and approve the Annual Youth
Investment Program that was culled out from the Barangay Youth Development Plan to ensure the implementation of
Youth Development Program;

NOW, THEREFORE RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, on motion of the august body and duly
seconded, to approve and adopt the Annual Youth Investment Program for C.Y. 2019 OF Sangguniang Kabataan for
Barangay Liyubud for C.Y. 2019;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution shall be furnished to the Sangguniang Barangay, the Municipal
Local Government Operations Officer and other concerned agencies for their information and reference;

FALCATAN OF BARANGAY LIYUBUD AS THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES IN BEHALF OF THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN TO ENGAGE IN ANY LEGAL AND OFFICIAL TRANSACTION WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES (LBP) TAWI-TAWI BRANCH, BONGAO, TAWI-TAWI.”

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Republic Act 10742 otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Act of 2015,
Section 20 “ Sangguniang Kabataan operations, disbursements and encashment of their funds, income and expenditures.
As such, the Sangguniang Kabataan Funds shall be deposited in the name of the Sangguniang Kabataan of the concerned
Barangayin the government-owned bank situated in or near to its area of jurisdiction with the SK Chairman and Treasurer
as the Official signatory;

WHEREAS, in order to effectively deliver basic services to the community especially the Youth Development in
the barangay, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman and the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer are hereby authorized as
official signatories to all legal transactions with Land Bank of the Phlippines;

WHEREAS, in order to carry out smooth and speedy transaction with LBP, Tawi-Tawi Branch, it is necessary
that the said bank be designated as the official depository bank;

NOW THEREFORE UPON MOTION by the Sangguniang Kabtaan members of the above-mentioned
barangay body, BE IT;

RESOLVED AS IT IS JEREBY RESOLVED that the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman and the Sangguniang
Kabataan Treasurer are authorized as signatories for and in behalf of the Sangguniangf Kabataan of Barangay Liyubud to
transact official business with the LBP Tawi-Tawi and further designate the bank as its official depository.
