Each day I greet my students and have conversations


about their previous day. When a student comes to
school with a bruise I ask questions. I treat others
with respect and hope to receive the same. I make
mistake in front of my class to show that everyone
does it. Lastly, it is important to include everyone in
accountability. Setting expected behaviors prior to
getting into a routine. Students thrive off of structure
