Introduction
• Lanesbrook Real Estate Ltd (‘Lanesbrook’) is a privately
owned entity registered in the Dubai International
Financial Centre (DIFC), connecting sophisticated capital
to global real estate opportunities, with emphasis on the
UK, Europe and US
• Our ethos is to provide a model where the interests of the
investor and Lanesbrook are strategically aligned, allowing
us to remain engaged through the entire investment cycle
• Lanesbrook is in the process of establishing its London
office to provide European coverage
• Our ability to originate proprietary deal flow is what sets
us apart, with an excellent track record of successfully

Investment Criterias & Presence
• Our key target markets are within the UK, Europe & the US
• Our focus is on long income single/multi let office buildings and logistics facilities. We also look at alternative asset
classes such as student accommodation and healthcare facilities
• Where required, we are able to assist with assets requiring a great degree of asset management and value add. In
addition, we are able to onboard existing client holdings and support with a bespoke asset management programme
• Our preferred deals range from $50-300m with net cash on cash returns exceeding 7%
