 Case study:-
Ans:- Ronit completed his software engineering and joined multinational Software
Company. After a month office organized a weekend party for all employees of the branch.
Ronit arrived at the venue of party. The specious hall was filled with colleagues from various
departments from his organization. All were busy with conversation all around. However he
felt so lonely as he could not start conversation due to lack of confidence and fluency in
conversation. He also wanted to talk with his colleagues wanted to share many things. But
he was trying keep himself away from crowd. Lack of communication skills resulted in
awkwardness and loneliness. Thus communication -the human connection is the key to
personal and career success.

State the importance of the Business Communication.


Ans:

management. A managerial task can only be performed when the communication
system is effective.
