Planner (Offshore)
Position Summary

• Obtain basic knowledge of the Turnaround / Project scope of work.

• Overall support in the maintenance of project planning requirements, scheduling reporting.
• Performing a variety of planning and scheduling task within Project Management System
(AKIMS) to support engineering and maintenance activities.
• Progress reporting; covering activities such as:
o Turnaround / Project management activities
o Engineering activities
o Procurement activities
o Construction activities
o Installation activities
o Completion activities
• Assist the Task Lead in the definition / freezing of (in the Turnaround / Project start-up
period):
o Mod. packs
o Milestone dates
o Necessary aggregated milestone checks in the Turnaround / Project start-up period
• Document Control; the summarized man-hour budgets for all documents / jobs linked to the
same activity correspond to the activity man-hour budget.
• Report to the Work Preparation Manager and/or assigned supervisor all matters of
importance.

Requirement & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in a respective Engineering discipline or an equivalent combination of
education and work related experience.
• 5-7 years experience in planning of minor/major projects, both offshore & onshore in the Oil
& Gas industry.
• Offshore experience desirable.
• Working knowledge of planning and scheduling methods and procedures related to project
work.
