Traceability Procedure

PI received from marketing

Planning issues unique PO number for production

Against PO yarn received with lot no. from NZ Textile Ltd. through store

Against PO chemical received with lot no. from store

PO goes to warping for production and warping assigns unique lot numbers
against PO as per the length of the production

Warped beams transferred to dyeing

Dyed beams go to weaving

Weaving Receives weft yarn with lot no. from store

Woven fabric roll transferred to finishing

Finished fabric transferred to final inspection

Store received RFD fabric for delivery

RFD Fabric goes for delivery according to PI and LC
