Your team is planning to put up a small business in your community. As a
beginner in the field, you want to gain more ideas about operating a business.
Situation
Therefore, you will search for any best or popular establishments inside your
community as a benchmark for your business.
1. Interview Guide Questions with Answers
Try to look around in your community and identify at least TWO (2)
existing businesses (minimum 1-year in service) and find time to ask
the owner/manager the following questions. You can add follow up
questions if necessary.

1. How did you start your business?

2. In your opinion, how important is it to have a business plan before
operating a business?
3. What were the challenges you encountered in your years of
