DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

with TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale made and executed this _______________________ at Municipality

of Bulan, Sorsogon City, Philippines, by:

HELEN G. GITO and REMEDIOS H. GITO., both of legal age, Both Filipino, Both
widowed and with address at Purok 4 Brgy. San Vicente Bulan Sorsogon., by virtue of powers
conferred upon her/him, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR.

BOBBY G. MADRONA and GRACILLE , both of legal age, Both Filipino, Both Single
and a resident of B29 L54 PH2 27ST Wellington Residence Brgy. Tres Cruses Tanza Cavite, by
virtue of powers conferred upon him/her, hereinafter referred to as VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a unit more particularly described as follows:

OWNER : HELEN G. GITO AND REMEDIOS H. GITO

ADDRESS : LOT 512 PUROK 4 BRGY. SAN VICENTE
BULAN SORSOGON
SQM : SEVENTY (72) SQUARE METERS

That for and in consideration of the sum of *** ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 135,000.00) ***, Philippine Currency, receipt in full of
which is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR to its complete satisfaction, the latter hereby
SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS by way of deed of sale, unto the said VENDEE, its
successors and assigns, the above described property. VENDOR further warrants and
represents that it has a perfect right to sell the same and that it will defend the title thereto
against lawful claims of all persons whosoever. Unit sold was used and this sale is on an “as-
is-where-is” basis and without warranty as to defect and condition, in favor of the VENDEE.
Henceforth, the latter shall cause the transfer of registration of the said Housing Unit in its own
name, with all concomitant costs thereof for its exclusive account.
