on building a unified Cube. This solution empowered end-users by providing them with

Farmers Mutual and Tennessee Farmers Life, and selling under the Farm Bureau Insurance
brand TFIC sells its products through independent agents located in every county in
Tennessee. Polaris Conversion is to do migration of data to SQL Server for better performance
and data quality. It has around 600 tables in legacy systems of ALIS which are all being
migrated to SQL Server and will be consumed by the new system LifeNet.All the conversion
logics are applied in SSIS and SQL Server Stored Procedures. This project has two streams,
conversion which will be used migrate one-time data in phased manner and integration which
will be used to migrate on-going data until entire data is moved to LifeNet system and LifeNet
become a stable application.
