设备组成 Equipment composition

清理室体、抛丸器、斗式提升机、丸砂分离器、螺旋输送器、 上料系统、除尘系统、、电控系统
以及气控系统等组成。
Blasting room body, blast turbine, bucket elevator, shot sand separator, screw conveyor,

1、清理基础中的预埋件，把所有预埋件的中心线用墨线弹出。

9、并把流沙钢管依次与抛丸器相连接
And connect the quicksand steel pipe with the blast turbine in turn

10、安装吊门驱动减速机在平台上，并连接钢丝绳。
Install the hanging door drive reducer on the platform and connect the wire rope.

12、安装上料装置、安装上料机构支撑 2 件

13、放置电控柜，并连接电缆，连接各部位限位。
Place the electric control cabinet, connect the cable, and connect the limit of each part.

14、固定气控箱在分离器料斗上，用气管连接各电磁阀与气缸。把主气源连接到气控箱。
Fix the air control box on the separator hopper, and connect the solenoid valves and the air
cylinders with air pipes. Connect the main air source to the air control box.
