SUCCESS STORIES

Think about and write two or three of your success stories.

1. My success story is when we became champions in basketball girls when I

was in 10th grade. I did not consider it a success because we became champions I

consider it as a success because these are the times when I am very happy because

we consider each other family as a whole team and all my classmates were super

supportive and cheering to the bottom of their lungs, so being happy in the

simplest things for me can be consider as a success. For me whether to win or lose

the game was okay because the important thing was that, we enjoyed the game,

played as one and we didn't hurt other people and this is why it became one of my

success stories.

2. My second success story was when I won the 3rd place in the poster making

contest when I was in grade 9. I can say this is my success story because I don't

really have any drawing talent, all I did was put the ideas on my paper that was on

my mind and I just tried to explore my ability in things I wasn’t familiar with. The

happiest part was that I didn't expect to win because it was just fun to participate

in the contest and I got so intimidated to the other participants because they

really know what they are doing while me is just like tripping around so being a

third placer is not that bad at all at it became one of the part of my success

stories.
What does this say about who you are and what’s important to you?

 This stories say about that I am an adventurous person and easygoing one

because I get along so easily with my teammates in our basketball team and

be friend with the other contestant of the poster making contest and also a

fearless one to share and show what I can do to those aspects that I barely

know. This stories says that what the most important for me is not to win

but to enjoy what I am doing, always give yourself a chance to try new things

and do not be afraid to make a mistake because it is always part of the

progress to grow more to be a better version of ourselves.

 These stories are important to me because it shows me what I can be and

not, it helps me to know more about my abilities and my attitude towards to

others. These stories made me realize what are the things I should change

and do better, it helps me to know more about myself and what kind of

person am I.
