The survey is conducted among 30 respondents. The sample is equally divided by gender,
with 15 males and 15 females participating. The aim of surveying of both genders in equal
number is to achieve the balanced representation of both sexes in the most subjective way,
ensuring the fair and subjectivity. In the figure 1, the age of participants are diverse, as we
can see in the picture, we can categoriezed the participants as following age group. In the first
group called under 30, it is obviously that their participation is low, just have 1 respondents.
Similarly, the group age from 30 to 35 also has low participants, only 1. For the age group
from 36 to 40, the participation is higher at double times with 2 participants. As for people
who has age from 41 to 45, there is the decrease in the number of participants in this group,
from 2 to 1 respondent. The last group who has age over 45, also has the low respondents, at
merely 1.

Question 2: Present and analysis health condition by smoking

With regard to the health condition of people who smoke, the total number of answers
is 30. In particularly, the highest responses are for people who smoke but still have
good health condition, at 14 responses. The nest highest responses are for smoking
people who has fair condition, and the figure for it is 9. Next, the responses of poor
health condition of smoking people is medium, the figure for them is 6. The lowest
answers are excellent health condition of people who smoke, just at 1. It is obviously
that the smoking people cannot have good health condition if they smoke too much
with a long period of time, that is the reason why the answer for excellent is the
lowest.

In response to the question of recommendation for smoking people to imrpove their
well-being, the overwhelming majority of participants are for providing healthy eating
options in the workplace option, with 8 answers. The second highest figure is for
conducting workshops on stress management techniques, with 7 responses. The third
highest figure is for promoting regualr health check-ups with 6 answers. The next
figure is for encouraging regular exercise with 5 participants choose. The last two
figure is quite low, as for offering healthy snack alternatives in the cafeteria option,
the answer is relatively low but higher than that of providing stress reduction
resources, at 3 and 1 responses respectively.
