 The purpose of this method statement is to establish a standard procedure for carrying out

1- Preparing form work activity PTW.

2. T.B T for crew team brief for PPE and JSA, Water and rest smoke area are identified
3. Preparation of work area Installing of safety sign and barricaded the area
4. Preparing materials to be used in proses (200 ltr water tank, Hand sprinkler )
5. Mixing each 1 ltr of chloride with 75 ltr water
6. Spray the chloriden Hand sprinkler on area to be casted
7. Laying nylon sheet
8. Inspected by supervisor
9. Housekeeping.

1.7 Health and safety

EHS requirements shall be implemented as per the approved project HSE plan.
As general understanding of requirements, the following shall be observed as mandatory for the
activities being covered in this method statement and it shall be responsibility of all personnel
involved in safe execution of the all activities.

The following points shall be observed as a minimum to ensure safety personnel equipment.

• Personnel working directly in the job shall be wearing PPE.

• A Permit to work form shall be issued by the HSE officer relating to the area
• All works will be executed within the permanent fencing boundary.
• Tool box talks and induction record shall be conducted about safety and environment matters
• The area of operation shall be barricaded, as necessary.
• Warning tapes of red/yellow strips shall be used to cordon off the area of operation to prevent
entry of unauthorized persons and vehicles, as necessary.
