The car accident that resulted in a citizen being wounded happened in Luanda. The SNPCB also recorded eleven fire accidents, i.e. five in Luanda and the rest in the provinces of Malanje, Bie, Kwanza Sul, Bengo and Moxico, caused by negligence, short circuit, arson and gas leak.
