This study examined the potential causes of diabetes among 30 call center agents ages 20-25, both male and female, working day and night shifts at Convergy's call center in Eastwood, Philippines. The study aimed to assess causes, lifestyles, and health problems of call center agents without a history or existing diagnosis of diabetes through laboratory analysis and evaluating their experiences. Researchers gathered additional information about diabetes and call center work from libraries including Arellano University and online sources.

Scope and Limitations

This study covered call center agents, ages 20-25 years old, both male and females in the Convergys call center in Eastwood. The respondents were limited to only 30 call center agents. This study was focused only on call center agents who has no history of Diabetes Mellitus and has no existing Diabetes Mellitus who works at day and night shifts. There are laboratory /clinical evaluation/analysis as to the causes of Diabetes Mellitus. This study is intended to assess the causes, lifestyle and health problems experienced by the call center agents. The researchers will go to various libraries such as, Arellano University, and through the world wide web where they will gather facts and information about the study
