Trong 8 nhm ru, nhm ru mi (liqueur/liquor Anh, cordial M) l nhm phong ph nht v chng loi. Nu phi chia tng loi theo nguyn liu sn xut ru th khng th no k ht loi ru mi trn th gii khi cc nh sn xut hng u th gii lin tc cng b sn phm ru mi mi ca h.

c tnh ca ru mi a dng v mu sc, hng v v nguyn liu (hoa, tri cy, tho mc, v cy, r cy, ht, . . .),c cn trung bnh 25-55. Thng th khng bao gi chng ta ung ru mi nguyn cht v mi rt m c. Trng hp Baileys Irish Cream (thng c gi tt l Baileys) l 1 trong s rt t ru mi c thng thc ring l.
