Best Rock Magazine this also is the sound of a guitar. The target audience is people who like the rock genre which is why this name is appropriate.
The third name I have chosen is
Consumption. It is one of my favourites that I picked because I feel like it fits the genre really well and also gives the audience as hint that if they start reading the magazine then they will be consumed by the magazine/quality. This is a suitable masthead although the name is a bit longer than the others. The target audience for this would be around 16-24 as the name also indicates the type of rock that it is.
I have chosen Screech because it sounds
like the music that is usually in rock music. Screech is a bit of a weird name for a rock magazine it sounds like it would most likely be for a metal magazine. However, I could still see if being used for a rock magazine as the name just sounds right. Another name that I have chosen is Paranoia. I have chosen the name Paranoia because it is a dark name. The rock genre is generally associated as being dark which is why I think this name fits well. Moreover, I feel this name sounds ominous which would attract the audience, also the word paranoia has lots of different meanings and for the mental conditions which leaves the target audience withchose an enigma. Finally, I also the name Hectic. This name represents the current genre filled with tens of subgenres and almost invokes what the genre is like, In this case the word hectic is represented to be showing a very active magazine without rest to make it the best it can. In addition, I believe that this name would be quite easy to connect with the rock genre because it is a harsh sounding word which are most commonly used in a rock magazine.
