TIPS
1. Desk tops are free from other office items not used at
current work (calendar, folders, bond papers, adhesive
tapes, sticky notes, printers, and the like).

2. Coats are placed on chairs only when the employees


concerned are present.

3. Lockers/Cabinets/Drawers do not contain unnecessary


equipment, tools, and materials other than those
supplies frequently being used for office work.

4. Personal stuffs such as mugs, mirrors, bags, mobile
phones, and the like are placed in one drawer only.

5. Only relevant items, materials, and/or documents can


be identified in the office at a glance.

6. Fire extinguishers are properly maintained, located in


designated places, properly mounted/labelled and are
within 195 to 200 PSI or green range.

7. Work-related exhibits are up-to-date (5 years at most).

documents, used bond papers, materials, equipment,
biodegradable and non-biodegradable materials.

worn out except for those that are beyond repair.

overloading of electrical outlets, etc.). Electrical,
